I am a huge fan of a white bathroom (as you can see), but I have been wanting to add a few decor and color pops in order to make it feel a little more inviting. I keep coming back to this photo of a bathroom I found on Pinterest and love the teak bench in the shower! Here is another Pinterest find of a shower bench. A few new simple additions can go along way in enhancing your current bathroom set up. I have a long shower and I really think a small teak bench would add a lot of personality. Like this awesome one on One Kings Lane currently. I also really love the rug in the photo, but unfortunately I think you need those gorgeous wood floors in order to pull it off!

{ I love succulents and think they make a lovely addition to all rooms, especially bathrooms}

I love bathrooms, weird but true, I have a whole Pinterest Board devoted to them. I also really enjoy seeing how people decorate their powder rooms and make them unique and special. I am a sucker for wallpapered powder rooms, I think they are the best! Anyways, I wanted to start sharing my apartment on the blog and thought I would start with the master bathroom, why not! Bathrooms are also rooms you can change up easily and fairly inexpensively when you are feeling restless with your current set up. It is also easy to update with new robes (love!), succulents (both real or fake), candles, towels, boxes or tray, and well really with anything. Serene and Lily has some fantastic and fun shower curtains, which is another easy way to spruce up any bathroom. There is nothing like getting out of the shower or bathtub and into a nice big soft towel. I have always been a white towel person but am not opposed to the a touch of color or bit of design. Restoration Hardware has been my go to for towels for a while. They also make great bath sheets which are perfect for wrapping up in. Though with my shorter stature, I find them to be a bit overwhelming for everyday use. Also, these inexpensive prints from Riffle Paper Co are amazing (hairbrush, bobby pin, comb).
