Bel Ami, coffee shop, upper east side

Bel Ami was my go-to coffee shop when I lived on the UES and I always stop by when I am in the neighborhood.

My favorite Culottes are making another appearance on the blog! We spent the Fourth of July weekend here in NYC which was fantastic. Holiday weekends are my favorite time to be in the city because it is so empty you basically have the whole place to yourself. You can dine wherever you want, at any of those hard to get into spots with no problem. We had a mind-blowing meal at Il Buco in the wine cellar, it is definitely one of the best Italian spots in the city. I find it very easy to get stuck in my neighborhood, so on Saturday we decided to spend the day uptown. We grabbed panini’s at Via Quadronno and enjoyed them in Central Park. I always stop at Bel Ami for coffee and then we walked all around the Upper East side and then all the way home to the West Village.
