Weekend in Review | Palm Beach

Brazilian Court Palm Beach | Cafe Boulud

I hope you all had a fantastic weekend! I was in Palm Beach for a friend’s wedding and had the absolute best time. James and I took an early flight out Friday morning and were in Palm Beach by 11am – just in time for a quick run (wedding month) and a leisurely (alcohol) lunch! We stayed at the Brazilian Court Hotel, which was a lovely tropical oasis. We had the best al fresco lunch at Cafe Boulud, the restaurant at our hotel. I’m not a big lunch person and am usually happy to grab a quick something on the go, but on vacation, sitting outside with wine and cocktails involved – I pretty much think lunch is the best thing EVER!

We walked around on Worth Avenue after lunch and then grabbed an ice coffee and sat on the beach. I then decided it was the perfect time to do a handstand in a romper (fueled by rosé)! We had an amazing early dinner Friday night at Buccan, before the Welcome Party. Such a fantastic meal with delicious cocktails – loved the short rib empanadas. Saturday we spent the day with friends on the beach and Saturday night we has the absolute best time at our friends wedding!

It was the most incredible evening full of friends, a gorgeous setting, great food and lots of dancing! I am not going to lie – Sunday was a slow start. We took an early flight back to NYC and were back at home by 3pm. Dinner Sunday was a no brainer – Chinese! And luckily for us, the best Chinese in NYC happens to be in the West Village.

Red Farm is my favorite Chinese place in NYC! The wait is totally worth it and James and I are regulars. The key is if possible get there earlier and parties of two and four are ideal. I love their crispy beef, soup dumplings, BBQ duck fried rice and the Peking Duck when available is killer! My favorite Chinese spot in the city and a great (happy) West Village Spot! Pretty much the perfect Sunday
